Lead Programmer Analyst :
Lead Programmer Analyst: 40 hrs/wk, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., M-F, $73,000.00 per year. Responsibilities include the following: Analyze user needs and requirements, and design software solutions. Develop and write computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data, and information. Write, update, and maintain computer programs and software packages to handle tracking inventory, storing and retrieving data. Perform systems analysis and programming tasks to maintain and control the use of computer systems software. Work independently, providing project status reports and formal presentations as required. Requirements: Masterís Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, Computer Applications, Engineering, Mathematics, Electronics, Business, Management, Technology or related field. No experience necessary. In lieu of a Master's Degree, employer is willing to accept the equivalent to a US Bachelor's Degree with five (5) years of prior progressive professional experience in the position offered or a related position. In addition, Employer is willing to accept a foreign degree if it is determined to be equivalent to a degree earned by an accredited college or university in the United States. Finally, this position does require extended travel and/or relocation. Proof of authorization to work in the U.S. required if hired.

Position II: Lead .NET/ASP.NET/C#.NET Developers, New York City, NY

Responsibilities :
The Individual in this role is responsible for coding as well as developing user equirements/technical specifications to include, but not limited to, UML schemas for Object Models, Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, Static Data Flow diagrams, Architecture design and the documentation that is associated with these design tools. The candidate will also be responsible for gathering user requirements for various projects and for managing the software development life cycle.
Architecting and Developing Windows and Web Applications using C# .NET, VB .NET
Must be able to develop architecture using UML with Visio, Rational Rose and other tools
Must be sufficiently familiar with data modeling for SQL Server and Oracle environments
Must have superior knowledge of ADO.Net, Remoting and Web Services.
Must be able to Lead and Mentor a small team of developers (3-4).
Solid understanding of Object Oriented analysis and design is required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Experience in the Bio Tech or Healthcare would be preferred
Experience with .Net Framework 3.0 would be preferred

Required Sk ills and Work Experience:

A minimum of 2 years experience developing applications for Windows Family of OS using Client Server or Web based architecture; with a minimum of 1 years of .NET based application development.
Recent hands-on experience with C# is a must.

Web servers: Internet Information Server (IIS)
Report writer: SQL Server Reporting Services, Crystal Reports
Tests Required: C#, SQL, ASP.Net
